A - What The Maker's Manual says -

God The Maker - Able and Willing (New Testament)

Matthew 19 : 26 - Jesus looking upon them said to them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Luke 1 : 37 - For no word from God shall be void of power.

Luke 5 : 12 .... a man full of leprosy: and when he saw Jesus, he fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if you will, you can make me clean. And he stretched forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be made clean. And straightway the leprosy departed from him. And he charged him to tell no man: but go your way, and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony to them. But so much the more went abroad the report concerning him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed of their infirmities. But he withdrew himself in the deserts, and prayed.

Luke 18 : 26 - And they that heard it said, Then who can be saved? But he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Romans 9 : 19 -You will say then to me, Why does he still find fault? For who withstands his will? No but, O man, who are you that replies against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why did you make me thus? Or has not the potter a right over the clay, from the same lump to make one part a vessel to honor, and another to dishonor? What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he before prepared to glory, even us, whom he also called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Gentiles? As he says also in Hosea, I will call that my people, which was not my people; And her beloved, that was not beloved. And it shall be, that in the place where it was said to them, You are not my people, There shall they be called sons of the living God. And Isaiah cries concerning Israel, If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that shall be saved: for the Lord will execute his word upon the earth, finishing it and cutting it short. And, as Isaiah has said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, We had become as Sodom, and had been made like to Gomorrah.

2 Corinthians 9 : 8 - And God is able to make all grace abound to you; that, having always all sufficiency in everything, you may abound unto every good work: as it is written, He has scattered abroad, he has given to the poor; His righteousness abides for ever. And he that supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, shall supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness: you being enriched in everything to all liberality, which works through us thanksgiving to God.

Ephesians 3 : 20 - Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, unto him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever.

Hebrews 7 : 25 - Wherefore also he is able to save to the uttermost them that draw near to God through him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them. For such a high priest became us, holy, guileless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; who needs not daily, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people: for this he did once for all, when he offered up himself. For the law appoints men high priests, having infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was after the law, appoints a Son, perfected for evermore.

God The Maker - Able and Willing (Old Testament)

1 Samuel 14 : 6 - there is no restraint to Jehovah to save by many or by few.

1 Samuel 23 : 7 - And it came to pass, when Abiathar the son of Ahimelech fled to David to Keilah, that he came down with an ephod in his hand. And it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said, God has delivered him into my hand; for he is shut in, by entering into a town that has gates and bars. And Saul summoned all the people to war, to go down to Keilah, to besiege David and his men. And David knew that Saul was devising mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring hither the ephod. Then said David, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, your servant has surely heard that Saul seeks to come to Keilah, to destroy the city for my sake. Will the men of Keilah deliver me up into his hand? will Saul come down, as your servant has heard? O Jehovah, the God of Israel, I beseech you, tell your servant. And Jehovah said, He will come down. Then said David, Will the men of Keilah deliver up to me and my men into the hand of Saul? And Jehovah said, They will deliver you up. Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David was escaped from Keilah; and he forbore to go forth. And David abode in the wilderness in the strongholds, and remained in the hill-country in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand.( 15 ) And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life: and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in the wood.

Job 36 : 1 - Elihu also proceeded, and said, Suffer me a little, and I will show you; For I have yet somewhat to say on God’s behalf. I will fetch my knowledge from afar, And will ascribe righteousness to my Maker. For truly my words are not false: One that is perfect in knowledge is with you. Behold, God is mighty, and despises not any: He is mighty in strength of understanding. He preserves not the life of the wicked, But gives to the afflicted their right. He withdraws not his eyes from the righteous: But with kings upon the throne He sets them for ever, and they are exalted. And if they be bound in fetters, And be taken in the cords of afflictions; Then he shows them their work, And their transgressions, that they have behaved themselves proudly. He opens also their ear to instruction, And commands that they return from iniquity. If they hearken and serve him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures. But if they hearken not, they shall perish by the sword, And they shall die without knowledge. But they that are godless in heart lay up anger: They cry not for help when he binds them. They die in youth, And their life perishes among the unclean. He delivers the afflicted by their affliction, And opens their ear in oppression. Yes, he would have allured you out of distress Into a broad place, where there is no straitness; And that which is set on your table would be full of fatness. But you are full of the judgment of the wicked: Judgment and justice take hold on you. For let not wrath stir you up against chastisements; Neither let the greatness of the ransom turn you aside. Will your cry avail, that you be not in distress, Or all the forces of your strength? Desire not the night, When peoples are cut off in their place. Take heed, regard not iniquity: For this have you chosen rather than affliction. Behold, God does loftily in his power: Who is a teacher like to him? Who has enjoined him his way? Or who can say, You have wrought unrighteousness? Remember that you magnify his work, Whereof men have sung. ( 25 )

Job 42 : 2 - I know that you (God) can do all things, And that no purpose of yours can be restrained.

Psalm 34 : 6 - This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of Jehovah encamps round about them that fear him, And delivers them. Oh taste and see that Jehovah is good: Blessed is the man that takes refuge in him. Oh fear Jehovah, you his saints; For there is no want to them that fear him.

Psalm 54 : 1 - For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. Maschil of David; when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, Does not David hide himself with us? Save me, O God, by your name, And judge me in your might. Hear my prayer, O God; Give ear to the words of my mouth. For strangers are risen up against me, And violent men have sought after my soul: They have not set God before them. [Selah] Behold, God is my helper: The Lord is of them that uphold my soul. He will requite the evil to my enemies: Destroy you them in your truth. With a freewill-offering will I sacrifice to you: I will give thanks to your name, O Jehovah, for it is good. For he has delivered me out of all trouble; And my eye has seen my desire upon my enemies.

Psalm 77 : 10 - And I said, This is my infirmity; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High. I will make mention of the deeds of Jehovah; For I will remember your wonders of old. I will meditate also upon all your work, And muse on your doings.
Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary: Who is a great god like to God? You are the God that does wonders: You have made known your strength among the peoples. You have with your arm redeemed your people, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. [Selah]

Isaiah 63 : 7 - I will make mention of the lovingkindnesses of Jehovah, and the praises of Jehovah, according to all that Jehovah has bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he has bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

Jeremiah 32 : 26 - Behold, I am Jehovah, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

His Faithfulness

Joshua 21 : 43 - So Jehovah gave to Israel all the land which he swore to give to their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein. And Jehovah gave them rest round about, according to all that he swore to their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; Jehovah delivered all their enemies into their hand. There failed not aught of any good thing which Jehovah had spoken to the house of Israel; all came to pass.

Joshua 24 : 1 - And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God. And Joshua said to all the people, Thus says Jehovah, the God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt of old time beyond the River, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nahor: and they served other gods. And I took your father Abraham from beyond the River, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave him Isaac. And I gave to Isaac Jacob and Esau: and I gave to Esau mount Seir, to possess it: and Jacob and his children went down into Egypt. And I sent Moses and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt, according to that which I did in the midst thereof: and afterward I brought you out.  And I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and you came to the sea; and the Egyptians pursued after your fathers with chariots and with horsemen to the Red Sea. And when they cried out to Jehovah, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your eyes saw what I did in Egypt: and you dwelt in the wilderness many days. And I brought you into the land of the Amorites, that dwelt beyond the Jordan: and they fought with you; and I gave them into your hand, and you possessed their land; and I destroyed them from before you. Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and fought against Israel: and he sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you; but I would not hearken to Balaam; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand. And you went over the Jordan, and came to Jericho: and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Girgashite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I delivered them into your hand. And I sent the hornet before you, which drove them out from before you, even the two kings of the Amorites; not with your sword, nor with your bow. And I gave you a land whereon you had not labored, and cities which you built not, and you dwell therein; of vineyards and oliveyards which you planted not do you eat. Now therefore fear Jehovah, and serve him in sincerity and in truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River, and in Egypt; and serve you Jehovah.( 14 )

Psalm 36 : 1 - Your lovingkindness, O Jehovah, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; Your judgments are a great deep: O Jehovah, you preserve man and beast. How precious is your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge under the shadow of your wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of your house; And you will make them drink of the river of your pleasures. For with you is the fountain of life: In your light shall we see light. Oh continue your lovingkindness to them that know you, And your righteousness to the upright in heart. Let not the foot of pride come against me, And let not the hand of the wicked drive me away. There are the workers of iniquity fallen: They are thrust down, and shall not be able to rise.

Psalm 108 : 1 - My heart is fixed, O God; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises, even with my glory. Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake right early. I will give thanks to you, O Jehovah, among the peoples; And I will sing praises to you among the nations. For your lovingkindness is great above the heavens; And your truth reaches to the skies. Be you exalted, O God, above the heavens, And your glory above all the earth. That your beloved may be delivered, Save with your right hand, and answer us. God has spoken in his holiness: I will exult; I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth. Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of my head; Judah is my sceptre. Moab is my washpot; Upon Edom will I cast my shoe; Over Philistia will I shout. Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who has led me to Edom? Have not you cast us off, O God? And you go not forth, O God, with our hosts. Give us help against the adversary; For vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly: For he it is that will tread down our adversaries.(all)

See Psalm 34 : 6

Will it work for me?

Individual needs vary widely. All demand faith - for which there is no measure and are usually conditional.
On the bottom line, your decision to follow the Maker's Manual rests on your own faith and trust.
